Description
It's time once again to CrossFit the Fort in 24 hours!! We will be starting at 8pm with Check-in at CrossFit Praus, and WOD #1 starting at 9pm. We have redesigned the event slightly to allow for marginally more sleep than last year, however we'll still hit up boxes throughout The Fort! Bring your gear, sleep bags, food...whatever you need to make it through 24 hours of insane fun! More details to come...but reserve your spot now, they will go quick!!
There will be a leaderboard and prizes, so bring your A game! (aka, this might not be a good option for introducing someone to CrossFit!...previous experience is definitely recommended)
Once again all proceeds will go to support Habitat for Humanity! Only 50 spots available, so jump in on a great event for a great cause...and truly test your functional fitness!
