Event description

Description

The Center for Independent Living of North Central Florida will help prepare the disability community for emergencies by hosting the Emergency Preparedness Conference for Persons with Disabilities. At the event, staff will assist you with developing your emergency plan. Please contact our office at (352)368-3788, for more information and if you need assistance with registration.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

You will be parking behind the Ed Croskey Center next to the basketball & baseball fields, plus the other parking lot next to the football field & W. Silver Springs BLVD. The front parking spots are reserved for those who need closer access and to unload for Marion Transit.

FAQs

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

The name does not need to match as long as the number of attendees matches. For example, if a person with a disability attends along with a caregiver, please register 2 people for the event.
