Where can I view the conference agenda and logistical details?
The conference agenda, sponsors, and other important details are available at www.importersapparelconference.com. This website will have the most up-to-date information about conference day! We will also send periodic email updates after you register with speaker announcements, how to download the conference mobile app, and when the date gets closer, directions and other must-know details.
Are there other events before/after the November 9 conference?
Yes! All brands, retailers, importers, wholesalers, and select sponsors will be invited to a special educational and networking event on the afternoon of November 8, 2016. You will receive more information after completing your registration/sponsorship commitment. Additionally, USFIA Board Members and select sponsors will be invited to the USFIA Board of Directors meeting on the morning of November 10, 2016.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The event will take place at Tribeca Rooftop, 2 Desbrosses Street, New York, NY, 10013. The entrance is located next to American Flatbread. There are a few small parking lots in the immediate vicinity of Tribeca Rooftop, but they have very limited space and will fill up quickly. A larger parking lot is located at 272 Spring Street, which is approximately 4 blocks from Tribeca Rooftop. The easiest way to get to Tribeca Rooftop is to take a cab to Canal Street and Hudson Street, walk one block south on Hudson Street to Desbrosses Street and make a right turn. You may also take the 1 to Canal Street Station, or the A/C/E to Canal & 6th Avenue.
Do you have a hotel block for the event?
For assistance with hotel accommodations, please contact Nancy Herbert at Nancy.Herbert@altour.com or 212-896-8907 and tell her you are attending the USFIA/AISA conference. We do not have a room block, but she can find discounted rates in the vicinity of the conference venue. We do not work with any other third parties for hotel accommodations.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event.
What is the refund policy?
You may receive a refund through Friday, September 16, 2016. After, no refunds will be given, though you may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend.
Is my registration transferrable?
Yes, registrations are transferable through the day of the event. Please contact Christina Anderson at 202-419-0465 or firstname.lastname@example.org to transfer your registration to a colleague. If you are making a last-minute change, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
