Saturday, October 15, 8pm. Hank Cramer
Singer and guitarist Hank Cramer brings a wealth of seagoing experience and a commanding voice to his performances. He's known for his booming bass voice, smooth picking on a vintage flat-top guitar, and a wry sense of humor. Hank's repertoire is a mix of original, traditional, and contemporary folk songs. They tell the stories of cowboys, sailors, soldiers, miners, adventurers, and just plain drifters.
Saturday, November 12, 8pm. John Roberts and Debra Cowan
John Roberts and Debra Cowan present their versions of mostly traditional songs in the way that they might have been sung a 100 years ago. Audience participation is strongly encouraged on choruses and refrains. We apologize in advance for the occasional use of concertinas and a banjo.
Tickets are sold at Hyde Street Pier gate beginning at 7:30pm on evening of the concert.
