Do you have changing rooms?

We provide mirrors throughout the venue and a shared changing area. This space offers some privacy but is not fully enclosed and is partially visible to other shoppers - we recommend wearing cycling shorts and a cami top under your clothes so you can try items on freely!

Can you return the items or exchange them?

Accepted Answer

Once purchased, you cannot return or exchange the items at a later date - all sales are final! We offer receipts at the checkout for personal usage.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, the majority of our stock is in our basement with two flights of stairs. However, you are able to shop our smaller top floor which has a selection of 4 rails and is wheelchair accessible via a ramp up to the door.

Do I have to be there for when my slot starts?

Accepted Answer

You can arrive at any time from when your slot starts and you are not required to leave when the next slot starts.

Question 5

Will I have to queue?

Accepted Answer

You will have to queue if you arrive before your slot starts. If you want to be first in line, arrive early to avoid extra waiting time! We aim to get customers in as quickly as possible once the slot starts.
