The 28 Day Warrior Challenge is a safe introductory program that produces RESULTS.

Training for Warriors Portland will provide you with the structure and support you need to make rapid and safe progress towards better health, lean muscle, and fat loss.

  • Strength and Cardio Workouts at least 3 times a week

  • Daily Motivational Stories to pump your mind!

  • Full Body Diagnostic using the Inbody 270 to measure muscle gain and fat loss

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • Team of Expert Coaches to guide you

  • A Great Community of Students to commiserate with about muscle soreness

  • Mastering the MOST IMPORTANT exercise in the gym!

  • Orientation held on Sunday September 17th for all new challengers!
