27th Annual Conference
Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 9:00 AM - Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 12:00 PM (MST)
Our 27th Annual Conference will feature many great workshops and speakers this year, joining hundreds of mental health advocates and professionals from across the nation as we work to educate and empower children, youth, and families!
November 10, 2016
Things are changing rapidly on the Federal front with potential changes to mental health and social services policy as well as federal funding. To help you keep up with all that is going on, the Federation has planned a Policy Institute for all family leaders, youth advocates, and community partners. Attendees will learn the latest about important legislative issues and be prepared to effectively advocate with legislators and policy makers.
National peer training collaborative Team Up For Families will partner at the Conference with Youth M.O.V.E. National to lay the groundwork for a youth-driven, peer-taught navigation curriculum. On Thursday, November 10, TUFF and Youth M.O.V.E. will co-facilitate an all-day Workshop Lab for 20 youth leaders, followed on Friday by a parallel Workshop Lab for families/mentors of transition-age youth. After completing the Lab, youth can apply for year-long compensated positions as co-authors of the multimedia curriculum.
Help support the work of the National Federation of Families while receiving great exposure by reserving an exhibit table at the 27th Annual Conference. Your booth will be visited by over 1,000 family advocacy and child mental health leaders from across the nation. Space is limited!
Each exhibitor will receive a 6ft. exhibit table, their logo on our conference website, their logo in our conference program and lunch for up to 2 exhibitors (Friday and Saturday). Exhibitors receive a 25% registration discount if you wish to attend the conference, in addition to exhibiting, to participate in workshops and take advantage of networking opportunities at the meal fuctions. A maximum of two discounted registrations are allowed for each exhibit table purchased. Our chapter and state organization members of the National Federation of Families enjoy great savings as well!
Deadline for exhibitor table registration is Friday, October 21, 2016 or when space is filled. For more details about our exhibitor opportunities, click here.
