Cancellation Policy
To cancel all or any portion of your registration order, you must notify AACGE-West of your request for a refund.
The timing and justification of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:
Registration refund requests received on or before 05/21/22: Registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
Registration refund requests received between 05/22/22 and 06/04/22: Registration fee paid will be refunded in half.
Registration refund requests received after 06/04/22: No refunds will be provided.
