About Conference

The Conference Series llc LTD will be holding its CE and ADA accredited 26th Euro Congress and Expo on Dental & Oral Health from December 10-11, 2018 at Rome, Italy. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Innovative ideas and approaches for striving the future of Dental and Oral Health Care" which will provide an international platform for discussion of present and future challenges in oral health, dental education, continuing education and expertise meeting. World-leading health practitioners, clinicians, educators and researchers will present cutting-edge and practical clinical techniques based upon widely accepted evidence and will introduce new and emerging research.

Track 1- Advances in Dentistry:

Advancements in dental technology offer enhanced solutions for traditional oral and dental health problems. The field of dentistry is utilizing technology to make dentistry more comfortable, durable, efficient and natural-looking for the patient as possible. There are many new advancements in dentistry, the dentist may choose to offer an enhanced state of comfort and improved oral health. Advancements in dentistry are like CAD/CAM (Computer Assisted Design/Computer Assisted Manufacture technologies), Laser dentistry, sedation dentistry, Dental implants, Air Abrasion, CAT Scans, Digital X-rays, Intraoral Camera, NTI-tss Device, Composite Resins, Digital photography, VEL scope, Invisalign, Heal Ozone.


Track 2- Oral Epidemiology and Community Dentistry:

Oral Epidemiology is a division of epidemiology, which is used to study the distribution and determinants of oral health related complications in populations. Whereas the community Dentistry can be defined as the study of dentistry which deals with promoting and prolonging physical and mental efficiency through well-organized community for the sanitation of the environment, the control of communicable infections, the education of personal hygiene and the development of social mechanism to ensure everyone for adequate health.


Track 3- Preventive Dentistry:

Preventive dentistry is to prevent any cavities, infections, oral diseases and dental caries, and enamel wear, periodontal diseases to keep teeth healthy and to ensure the patient to maintain good oral hygiene. Prime practices for healthy teeth; should brush teeth daily, floss daily, visit dentist at regular intervals, should take balanced diet, drink more water, limit sugary and acidic foods. Dental sealants and topical fluoride treatments prevents decay in children’s teeth.


Track 4- Dental Practice Management and Marketing:

Dental practice management is the way of managing the dental practice with more efficient and profit by hiring best team members, managing staff, with balanced financial status and by providing comfortable environment to the patients. Dental practice marketing focus on the competitors, targeted audience and follow the marketing strategies, social media advertisements, newsletters, blogs etc.


Track 5- Technological Tools in Dentistry:

Dental technology offer a better solutions for oral health complications by using dental tools for artificial tooth, dental implants, dental crowns, braces and to keep the patient more comfortable, efficient and natural looking. Few examples for dental technologies include Air-Abrasion, CAD/CAM, and CAT Scans, Diagnodent, VEL scope, Lasers etc. Dental tools like Amalgam carriers, Bone curettes, cement spatulas, dental scalers, enamel instruments, fitting handle forceps, mouth mirrors, orthodontic pliers, root canal instruments etc.


Track 6- Oral Cancer:

Oral cancer is also known as mouth cancer. The oral cancer may occur anywhere in the mouth, on the surface of the tongue, on the lips, inside the cheek, in the gums, in the palate of the mouth, in the salivary glands. It is a type of head and neck cancer. Symptoms of oral cancer includes; patches on the lining of the mouth or tongue, mouth ulcers or sores that do not heal, loose teeth with apparent reason, jaw pain, painful tongue, change in voice, ear pain, sore throat etc. and treatments for Oral cancer are surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy etc.


Track 7- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery:

Oral and maxillofacial surgery means the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the facial region including the jaws and oral cavity. Oral and maxillofacial surgery ranges from minor to complex major. Advanced techniques in dentistry enables surgeon to provide a better treatment to the patient. Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons work with other specialists like orthodontists, ear nose and throat surgeons, plastic surgeons to improve the treatment conditions.


Track 8- Dentures:

Dentures are removable appliances for missing teeth and surrounding tissue of the oral cavity. There are different types of dentures, like full and partial dentures. Dental implants are act as alternative to dentures. Dentures help to improve the appearance of the smile and help to eat and speak comfortably. Dentures are made up of hard resin.


Track 9- Orthodontics:

Orthodontics also defined as dentofacial orthopedics and orthodontia. Orthodontics is used to correct the improper positioning of teeth and shape of the jaw. Treatment of Orthodontics aims to improve the functional efficiency, structural balance, esthetic harmony. Orthodontics treatment includes the fixed and removable appliances, which are used to help move teeth, reinforcement of muscles and affect the growth of the jaws.


Track 10- Endodontics:

Endodontics is the branch of dentistry used to treat, diagnose, and prevent the dental pulp which is the soft inner tissue of the teeth. Endodontics treatment can also be called as root canal treatment. Root canal treatment is used to save the damaged pulp by thorough cleaning and shaping of the root canal system and then done with filling to prevent recontamination of the tooth.


Track 11- Prosthodontics and Periodontics:

Prosthodontics is also called dental prosthesis and deals with dental prosthetics or artificial replacements. It can be partial or complete replacements, dental or maxillofacial replacements etc. Replacement with bridges, veneers, implants. Whereas periodontics deals with gums and surroundings of teeth that support the teeth in implant placing.


Track 12- Dental Implants and Prosthesis:

Dental implant is a tool that interfaces with the bone of the jaw or skull to support a dental prosthesis like denture, bridge, and crown. It is also called endosseous implant or a fixture. Dental prosthesis is used to restore the intraoral defects in mouth.


Track 13- Orofacial Myology:

It is also called as Myofunctional therapy. The study of treatment for oral and facial muscles relates to chewing, speech, swallowing. Orofacial myology therapy is used to replace the habit of mouth breathing with nasal breathing.


Track 14- Forensic Dentistry:

Also called as forensic odontology, is the application of criminal and civil laws with dental knowledge that are required by police agencies in criminal justice system. That is the examination and evaluation of dental evidence like bite marks etc., to present in the interest of justice. Forensic dentists are responsible for assessment of bite mark injuries, identification of mass fatalities, teeth age estimation.


Track 15- Dental Sleep Medicine:

To identify the disorder, dentist work with sleep physicians together. For the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring a device is worn in the mouth during sleep. Continuous positive airway pressure therapy is the most commonly used treatment.


Track 16- Cosmetic Dentistry:

Cosmetic dentistry is used to improve the appearance of shape and size, smile etc. through composite bonding, dental veneers, inlays and onlays, gum grafts. Cosmetic dentistry includes tooth bonding, tooth-colored restorations and fillings, tooth whitening, porcelain veneers, orthodontics, dental implants etc.


Track 17- Dental Research:

Clinically dental research has undergone rapid growth, research required to improve and develop the tools used in dentistry. Advanced techniques for dental therapy are being introducing to the world by clinical research. Examples like, imaging technique for orthodontic diagnosis, digital dental technology in oral and maxillofacial surgery, CAD/CAM, digital implant surgery and Nanoparticles in dental implant materials.


Track 18- Dental Hygiene:

To prevent the dental and oral health problems like dental cavities, gingivitis, people should keep the mouth and teeth clean. Dental hygiene programs can be conducted to educate the patients to improve and maintain good dental and oral health. Good oral health prevents from the dental cavities, gum diseases, bad breath, tooth decay etc.


Track 19- Dental Public Health:

Dental public health can be defined as the Prevention and control of dental and oral diseases by promoting the dental health through organized communities and societies. Based on the oral health surveillance, policy development, health promotion, dental health problems can be optimized. To increase the awareness of dental public health, dental associations, academia, health care professionals, foundations can contribute to enhance the support for dental health.
