About this event

EuroVelo was officially launched on 21 November 1997. From a visionary project, it became a reality with more than 56,000km of already ridable long-distance cycle routes – 64% of the total network. A European success story of cross-border cooperation!

Exactly 25 years later, we will celebrate this milestone and discuss the strategies to accelerate the full development of EuroVelo and the benefits of #MoreCyclingTourism across the continent.

The event is organised by the European Cyclists' Federation (ECF), it will be held on Zoom and is free to attend.
