25 Over 50 Awards Reception
Join us for the Ventura County Star's inaugural 25 Over 50 Awards Reception. Nominated by their peers and the public, the Class of 2013 will be recognized at this celebratory reception for their accomplishments, leadership, and lasting imprint on our community.
The 25 honorees will be announced at the 25 Over 50 Awards Reception on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Spanish Hills Country Club at 5:30 pm. A special section highlighting all 25 Over 50 honorees will publish in the Ventura County Star on Sunday, October 20, 2013.
Honorees plus one guest will receive complimentary admisssion to the event. Friends, family and colleagues are encouraged and welcome to attend the reception to support the Class of 2013 honorees.
Ticket cost is $40 per person.
Is there reserved seating?
The inaugural 25 Over 50 Awards event is a reception. There will be places to sit if needed, however dinner will not served so tables and reserved seating will not be provided.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There is no age limit. Friends, family and colleagues (even those under the age of 50) are invited to attend.
What are my parking options at the event?
Ample complimentary parking is available at the Spanish Hills Country Club.
What is the attire?
Please note denim is not allowed in the dining areas of Spanish Hills Country Club. Professional business attire is requested.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact Julie Lopez, Event Coordinator at 805-437-0446 or email@example.com to request the name change.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. It is not necessary to bring your printed ticket to the event. We will have a will call list at the check-in table for all attendees.
Are tickets available for purchase at the door the day of the event?
While we encourage attendees to purchase their tickets online prior to the event, a limited number of tickets will be available at the door for purchase by cash or check only. Online ticket sales end at noon on October 17, 2013.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please feel free to transfer your ticket to another attendee. If refund is preferred, please contact Julie Lopez, Event Coordianator at 805-437-0446 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make the request.
