LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Our goal is to improve the knowledge of primary care clinicians so they are better equipped to provide accurate assessments and management of care, facilitate their interactions with the specialist and improve overall care to this group of patients. Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the critical role of the primary care provider in the care and management of pediatric neurological, developmental and behavioral disorders.

  • Understand the importance and the need for evidence-based early intervention

  • Identify new advances and state-of-the-art treatment modalities of complex pediatric neurological disorders

  • Cite examples of current research findings in pediatric neurosciences and their translation to clinical care

  • Identify common pitfalls in the treatment and intervention services for neurological, developmental and behavioral disorders

INTENDED AUDIENCE

The 23nd Annual Children’s Neuroscience Symposium provides an evidence-based approach, designed for the
primary care provider, advanced practice provider, nursing staff, clinical research scientists and those wanting a better understanding of the presented clinical information. This event welcomes providers who recognize and value this opportunity for continuing medical education.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
GROUP 1: Physicians and PhD Scientists.
$115/ day or $175 for all days
GROUP 2: Advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, therapists, and allied health.
$80/ day or $105 for all days
GROUP 3: Students of these professions, and scientists/physicians in training.
$55/ day (Price does not include Friday’s recpetion)

Parking is available in the 3rd Avenue Garage, across from the venue, for a maximum daily rate of $12.00. Free parking validation is available to the first 150 paid registrants.

What's the refund policy?

If you cancel your participation in this course on or before March 5, 2019, registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after March 5, 2019.
