Description
The Near & Middle Eastern Civilizations Graduate Students’ Association (NMCGSA) invites you to save the date and to join us on occasion of the 21st Annual Graduate Students’ Symposium to be held at Hart House on Thursday, March 9, 2017.
The Ancient and Archaeology panels will be held in the East Common Room whereas the Modern and Medieval panels will be held in the Debates Room.
The presentations will run from 9.30am to 5.00pm, with a reception to follow. Those who are registered* will be provided with a complimentary lunch at Hart House in the spacious Debates Room as well as a fully catered buffet dinner to follow in the East Common Room.
To all presenters and attendees, please register for this event as well as for lunch and/or the dinner reception separately* via Eventbrite by selecting the relevant tickets. For example, if you would like to attend the event, lunch, and dinner reception, please select one of each ticket type to be checked out. Please note that only people who are registered for the event can register for lunch and the dinner reception.

Programme Schedule
Two concurrent sessions will be running throughout the day at Hart House.
- 8.45 am to 9.15 am - Event Registration
- 9.15 am to 9.30 am - Opening Remarks
- 9.30 am to 12.10 pm - Morning Programme - Two sessions
- 12.10 pm to 1.00 pm - Lunch (Event Registration required)
- 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm - Afternoon Programme - Four sessions
- 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm - Reception (Event Registration required)
