Financial Planning (Credit, Debit, and FICO & All About Student Debts)

In this workshop, participants will walk through the basics of determining how best to manage their credit/debit cards and FICO score, and how to manage student debts.

Self Care (Taking Care of Oneself)

This workshop is designed to help individuals identify risks factors of burnout, and offer solutions through self-care, managing one’s energy, building emotional intelligence, and making use of mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

This workshop offers participants hands-on demonstration on using Google’s and Outlook’s time saving features. It will provide useful, relevant, and surprising tips that will maximize personal productivity and time management.

Change is constant - it's all around us, and it's inevitable. In this workshop, participants will examine generating and adapting actions to change, and managing transition in the workplace. It will take a peek at the #1 Best Seller business book by Spencer Johnson, M.D. called, “Who Moved My Cheese”. This workshop is fun learning, and it positively equips people to better understand and grow from change.

Health & Wellness (featuring Bodies in Motion)

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to support healthy living exercise. This course will include a warm up, cardio, toning and stretching prior to a full workout collaboration of the Cha-Cha, Salsa, Yoga-lite, and R&B movements. Moving your body is good for your mind. Physical activity is good for your body, brain and mind.

Retirement / Social Security

This workshop walks participants through the basics of determining their optimal age to begin receiving Social Security benefits, given their unique set of financial and life circumstances.
