Beginning December 1, take a step toward a calmer, clearer you with our 21-Day Meditation Challenge.
This journey is designed to help you build a steady, daily meditation habit—one that supports your mind, energy, and emotional wellbeing long after the 21 days are over.
Each day, join us for one or both of our guided 30-minute sessions:
🕛 12:00–12:30 PM — Midday Reset
🌙 8:00–8:30 PM — Evening Wind-Down
Whether you come to one session a day or choose to deepen your practice with both, this challenge is about showing up for yourself—consistently, gently, and with intention.
As we move toward World Meditation Day, let this be your personal commitment:
