20th Annual UofL Sport Administration Cardinal Classic
Mon, April 10, 2017, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EDT
The 20th Annual Cardinal Classic is a philanthropic, collaborative golf event. The traditional single-day, scramble style golf tournament engages current University of Louisville (UofL) Sport Administration (SPAD) students with career building event management responsibilities, designed to serve alumni, friends, and family in the Louisville community. Funds raised by the 20th Annual Cardinal Classic will impact career development and scholarships for future sport industry leaders in the UofL SPAD program, in addition to amplifying financial support for American Football Without Barriers (AFWB).
AFWB is a non-profit organization, whose mission is to use sports as a tool to help disadvantaged children reach higher levels of education and to live healthy and fit lifestyles. Founded by NFL professional athletes and former UofL Cardinals Breno Giacomini, Gary Barnidge, and civic leader Ahmed Awadallah, AFWB offers free football camps and clinics, leadership development and mentoring to disadvantaged youth around the world.
This year's event will be held Monday, April 10th, 2017 at the University of Louisville Golf Club with a shotgun start at 11:00am.
Registration includes Green Fees, Cart Usage, Goodie Bag and both Breakfast and Lunch.
