Get your team together and pitch in!

Call your friends, family and neighbors. Put on your boots and prepare to get dirty keeping our town clean.

Check in 9:30-10 am @ Hershfield Park

Head to key locations around town at 10:00 am.

Volunteer Lunch @ Hershfield Park @ 12:00 pm.

Gloves and bags are provided to all volunteers.

If under 18 years of age, you need to be accompanied by an adult.

About the organizer

The Pompton Lakes Environmental Protection Committee strives to promote the awareness and importance of the protection and preservation of wildlife habitats, wetlands, and recreation and conservation resources.

Programs develop awareness and knowledge that promote skills and behavior needed to maintain, protect and improve the environment.

Yearly, enthusiastic volunteers of all ages participate in the River Clean Up Program and coordinate their efforts to free waterways of debris. The Pompton Lakes Environmental Protection Committee serves as an advisory group to the Mayor and Council on environmental issues, laws, and programs and the committee welcomes new members.
