Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Please join us to honor our founders and others who have shared their time and talent with us over our 20 years of working to end Pennsylvania's death penalty.

We'll have an exciting line up to offer brief reflections on why we must end capital punishment, including:

  • Shane Claiborne, Christian activist and author of Executing Grace: How the Death Penalty Killed Jesus and Why It's Killing Us
  • Henderson Hill, Executive Director of the 8th Amendment Project
  • Magdaleno Rose-Avila, Executive Director of Witness to Innocence

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

Classes are in session at the college, so arrive early enough to allow time to park and walk to the venue.
