REFUND POLICY

If you find it necesssary to cancel your registration, please notify us immediately. You must provide written notice by May 1, 2026 to receive a full refund. Notification by May 2 through June 1, 2026, a 50% refund will be granted. Please note that no cancellation of registrations after June 1, 2026 will be accepted. There is no refund available for virtual registration.

Please send your request to RNATherapeutics@umassmed.edu. We honor the transfer of registration until June 15, 2026. Please allow up to 14 business days to process a refund.
