2026 New Year Gong Reset - A Sound Bath Experience

Welcome 2026 with a Gong Reset

You will be gently guided through intention setting, followed by a gong bath experience. Allow the gong to shift what no longer serves you, emerge with a clearer mind and improved inner balance. ​We will support your soft landing back into the present and light snacks will be served.

This is a 75 minutes session intentionally kept small for up to five guests only.

Note:

• One booking admits one person only. Please make a separate booking if you're coming with a friend.

• As this is a home studio, the full address will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. To keep the session peaceful for everyone, latecomers will not be admitted and fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

• Mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing for lying down.

• What to bring: a small cushion or towel if you like extra support under your head, and an optional eye mask for a more immersive experience.

• This is a cat-friendly home and one or two cats may wander around during the session. As we love our cats as much as you love your family members, we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests to keep the cats away from you.

• A minimum of three participants is needed for the session to proceed, so please book early if you plan to join.
