1 year of cooking classes.
13 preselected classes, plus your choice of 2 additional classes.
Your investment includes a textbook, apron, notebook, printed recipes and instructions, over 40 hours of hands on instructional time in a professional working kitchen, 14+ meals, and the everlasting knowledge you will gain from this. And of course, all the food!

Class 1- Basic Knife Skills, 2 hours
Class 2- Egg Cookery, 2 hours
Class 3- Vegetables, 2 hours
Class 4, Salads, 3 hours
Class 5, Soup, 3 hours
Class 6, Pasta, 3 hours
Class 7, Rice & Grains, 3 hours

Class 10, Chicken, 3 1/2 hours

Your $100 ticket price here is a deposit to hold your spot.
1 year of preselected classes + 2 extra, chosen by you, a textbook, notebook, apron, printed recipes and instructions etc = $1550 investment if paid by plastic, $1500 if paid cash in the store at the meet & greet.
