How are the landings graded?

Each landing Graded out of 10 ; First 3 landings are scored and totalled *no landings afterwards count ; Transport Canada Stable Approach Criteria with a Nose Up Attitude on the touchdown point softly.

Upon completion the candidate needs to park the aircraft perfectly back on the “T” marker for nose wheel so that the nose wheel is only on paint with a perpendicular line. Graded out of 10 as well.

Welcome to Airborne Management Inc. Landing Competition 💯🛬

Join us for an exciting day at UNIT 1027 - 18799 Airport Way - CYPK TERMINAL BUILDING where we will crown a spot landing champion. Pilots can enroll in our secondary competition as well which is our Aircraft Parking Competition where pilots perfectly align the aircraft nose wheel on a spot on the ramp. Only one Top Gun will take home the title of Landing Champion though 🏆

Airborne Management aircraft will be lined off on the FSP Schdeule all day for participants to utilize for the landing competition.

Runway 26L touchdown point pictures will be provided for all participants in the morning brief. Cirrus Pilots can expect the standard CIRRUS IQ "Stable Approach" criteria. Pilots will depart in pairs. Each having 30 min at the aircraft controls to score 3 landings, if completed early then pass control to the next pilot. Rock, Paper, Scissors will decide who sits where in the case of a stalemate.
