9:50 AM – Swim Activities and Coaching Skills
We’ll dive into swim activities, covering coaching strategies and tips to improve swim techniques for Nippers.
10:10 AM – Sprints and Flags Activities and Coaching Skills
Engage in fun and competitive sprints and flags activities, learning coaching methods to develop sprinting skills and improve flag techniques.
10:30 AM – Q&A + Bacon & Egg Rolls!
Wrap up with an open Q&A session where you can ask any lingering questions. Enjoy a delicious bacon and egg roll to finish off the morning.
