Danielle Nunes is a business consultant for small businesses and advisor with Project Momentum who helps business owners take all the operational knowledge of how their business runs out of their heads and turn it into structure their team can follow.

She primarily works with business owners who want to open a second location, prepare their business for sale, or simply centralize and organize how their business operates so they can have the structure and the capacity to grow.
