FAQs

Do you charge for spectators?

Absolutely not - come on out and cheer for your friends and family at no cost to you.  Of course - better yet - compete AND cheer for your friends and family!

I hear that your referees are the greatest in all the land. Can such wonderment be true?

Indeed, you have heard correctly. They are fair and firm, wise and benevolent, much like King Arthur.  In fact, it is a little-known fact that the great king pulled a barbell from the stone, not a sword . . . and weightlifting was born.

Do I need to wear a singlet?

While stylish and indicative of excellent taste, singlets are not required if this is your first meet.  You do, however, earn 1,457 imaginary bonus points for wearing one.  Should you choose to miss out on this opportunity, please wear shorts and a t-shirt (nothing long-sleeved as the elbows cannot be covered in a weightlifting meet).

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final; refunds will not be provided.
