2023 Tennessee Elder Justice Conference!
Please join us for the 2023 Tennessee Elder Justice Conference at the Crowne Plaza in Knoxville, TN, June 27th - 29th, 2023. Intensive Ethics training begins on June 27th, 2023. The Conference kick-off is scheduled for Tuesday at noon with well-known faculty, professionals, community leaders and volunteers from across the country to promote Advocacy, Education and Innovative Interventions to advance the Elder Justice Initiative.
The expert faculty includes Elder Justice experts from across Tennessee & the country in advocacy, prosecution, investigation, law enforcement & community support services. The TNEJC & East Tennessee Elder Justice Coalition collaborate with legislators and community leaders to advocate for older adults & promote the Elder Justice Initiative at the local, state and national levels.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Credit Hours may change based on approval of authorizing agencies.
Conference Intensive (Tuesday June 27th): Ethics CLEs are available and will be included in the Attorney CLE Package
CLEs PENDING: 6 General / 7.5 Dual (Ethics & General) Social Work CEUs available 12 General hours, 7.5 Ethics. Tuesday, June 27, 12:00 pm - 4:00 PM. Advanced registration is preferred.
Registration and exhibit area will open at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, June 28th. The Opening Ceremony will begin at 9:30 AM. Following the Opening Ceremony, there will be 2 consecutive workshops, lunch and keynote, and a 3rd workshop following lunch.
The conference will close at approximately 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 29th, with a Call to Action and Closing Remarks.
