Chef Mike Dimmer, in his happy place, always reaches deep to provide a creative culinary experience for our guests at the Farm. This will be his 5th year cooking with us!
You will be attending a dining adventure, please let us know at check-in if you have any dietary restrictions, ie. gluten intolerance. Meals always include animal proteins, and gluten, and occasionally nuts. Chefs will do their very best to accommodate your dietary restrictions but there is NO guarantee that all courses can be served in accordance with your restrictions.
About the organizer
Stillwater Farm is no stranger to gastronomy. We have close relationships with renowned professional chefs who care deeply about the provenance of the ingredients they serve, and our products regularly grace the menus at Western New York’s most respected farm-to-table restaurants. (Our lamb has even been served the James Beard House in New York City—twice.)
This year, we are excited to partner with our good friends in the restaurant industry for a deserving cause. Starting in June and continuing through September, our Farm-Fresh Dinners will bring the best talent in the business directly to the farm for evenings of delicious food, drink, and camaraderie.
Most importantly, a portion of every ticket sale will support the expansion of Farm to Table, a program that invites pediatric patients from Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and their families to join us at the farm for a special day of outdoor fun, farm education, and healthy eating experiences.
All Farm-Fresh Dinners take place under a tent at our beautiful farm. Ticket prices include:
- Welcome drinks and hors d’oeuvres
- A multicourse meal showcasing our lamb, chicken, and eggs
- Chef-selected alcohol pairings
- Chef remarks and/or demonstrations
- An interactive tour of the farm
- Live musical entertainment
