2023 School Safety Conference

This year our focus is "Rising to the Challenge". We face challenges everyday and new ones at that. This conference will be centered on best practices, current trends and relevant topics to our day to day work and the continued mission of bridging the gap between school administration and safety/security personnel. We hope to give you tools that will continue to promote safe and secure learning environments in your districts.

Disclaimer: Cancellations made on or after May 27, 2023, or no-shows to the conference, will forfeit all registration fees. Refund requests less then 30days prior to conference with Extenuating circumstances will be considered by the WSSO board.

Please know even if you cancel with us, you're still responsible for communicating with the hotel and following their cancelation policy.

Resort Reservation Department: 1-877-871-6772. Please request the Washington School Safety Organization rate or you may use the booking ID number 27788 to receive the rate. Cancellations prior to 72 hours before arrival are required for a refund or credit for future stay. Please know if you cancel your attendance at the conference, you MUST also cancel the hotel.

Guest room rates are subject to 0% State Sales Tax, a $2.00 per room night Tourism Promotion Assessment (TPA), and 9% lodging fee. Room rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Additional persons in the room (up to 4 persons) will be at the rate of $10.00 per person, per night. All taxes and fees are subject to change based on prevailing rates.
