The New Mexico Transportation and Construction Conference (NM TransCon) is designed for professional engineers and others involved in the transportation, construction or civil engineering industry to receive information on the latest industry trends and technologies. The workshops encompass a range of competency levels to accommodate those attending.

New Mexico State University's College of Engineering will be hosting the first annual NM TransCon in collaboration with the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT), the American Planning Association- New Mexico Chapter (APA-NM), the New Mexico Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Council of Engineering Companies New Mexico, and the Associated Contractors of New Mexico (ACNM).
