Conference FAQs
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
In the event of Conference cancellation by an attendee, the following terms apply:
Standard Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy
If you have already registered for the 2023 NDCA Coaches Conference, and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee up to 60 days out of the scheduled start date
50% refund from 60 to 30 days out from the scheduled start date
No refunds issued within 30 days of the scheduled start date
Conference registrations are not transferable.
*You may also choose to cancel at any time and apply any fees paid to the 2024 conference fees.
