The National Transportation in Indian Country Conference is the one-stop-shop transportation conference FOR TRIBES, BY TRIBES. NTICC offers access to relevant training and an opportunity for Tribal transportation professionals to engage with federal officials and their Tribal transportation peers regarding Tribal transportation issues and challenges.
NTICC provides information and resources for all who are committed to improving the transportation infrastructure of Indian Country and the safety of those who live, work, and travel the roadways of Alaska Native and Native American lands.
Registration fees include the following features:
- Connect, network, and engage with fellow Tribal Transportation professionals and Federal counterparts
- Learn from Tribal transportation experts during 80+ plenary sessions and breakout sessions, in the following topics: Workforce Development, Transit, TTP 101, Safety, Planning, Leadership/Infrastructure Bill, Project Management, Hot Topics
- Gain access to these meeting opportunities: BIA Regional Road Engineers, Intertribal Transportation Association Meeting, FHWA/BIA 1-on-1 meetings, TTAP meetings, TRB Standing Committee on Native American Transportation Issues Meeting, and more.
- Participate in the Heavy Equipment Roadeo
- Complimentary access to the ITA General Session Meeting, held during NTICC
Meals Included:
- Monday, September 25: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, all day coffee, light refreshments at the evening vendor reception
- Tuesday, September 26: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, all day coffee (dinner on own)
- Wednesday, September 27: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, all day coffee (dinner on own)
- Thursday, September 28: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, closing dinner, all day coffee
$50 of each attendee registration fees will benefit the Intertribal Transportation Association. NTICC attendees will receive complimentary access to the ITA General Session Meeting, held during NTICC, and will receive honorary ITA Member status (non-voting) until November 30, 2023.
