2023 Multi-Course & Resort Operators Retreat

Step 1: REGISTER

NGCOA member multi-course owners (MCOs), top resort operators (TROs) and golf management companies will each receive one (1) complimentary registration for company top executives. Your comp registration includes the Yamaha Golf Outing, the Toptracer Opening Reception and the Closing Reception. We welcome and encourage additional executive-level colleagues and spouses/guests to register at the standard rate.

NOTE: If your company is not an NGCOA member, you can join NGCOA today and send your top executive to MCOR23; please email Rachel Carter, NGCOA’s Senior Director of Membership, at rcarter@ngcoa.org. She can share all the benefits available to multi-course owners and golf management companies. Once your company joins NGCOA, she can process your FREE MCOR23 registration.

MCOR23 CANCELLATION POLICY: If received in writing on or before June 23, 2023, a $75 administration fee will be applied. There will be NO refunds for registration cancellations after June 23, 2023.

Step 2: BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS

Once you complete this registration process, please book your room(s) at The Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa. The NGCOA has secured a special rate of $299 per night for MCOR23 attendees. Note: If you’re playing in the Yamaha Golf Outing on Tuesday morning, you’ll want to arrive on Monday, July 17.

Remember to reference the “National Golf Course Owners Association” when you make your reservation. You must guarantee your reservation with a credit card which will be charged your first night’s room and tax.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please call the hotel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
