2023 Lake Arbor Jazz - Vendor Marketplace

Vendor Booth Sales Begin February 15, 2023

 Vendor Registration Information/Form will be available from February 15, 2023 through June 30, 2023).

Thank you for your interest and inquiry to become a vendor at the Annual Lake Arbor Jazz Festival/Weekend.

The weekend events take place between July 12th and July 16th, 2023. The Lake Arbor Jazz Festival takes place on Saturday, July 15th from 12:00 - 8:00 pm on the grounds of the Lake Arbor Community Center in Mitchellville, MD. The festival showcases topflight local and regional jazz artists from the greater Washington, DC and Baltimore areas.

This year we are in need of vendors for multiple events. Please see event and vendor information directly below:

Event #1 - Pre-Festival Concert

Date: Thursday, July 13, 2023

Location: Center for Performing Arts - 301 Largo Road, Largo, MD 20774

Time: Doors Open @ 6:00pm/Lobby & VIP Reception. Concert is from 7:00-10:00pm

Number of vendors: FOUR (4) MERCHANDISE VENDORS ONLY (first come, first served)

Merchandise Vendor (max. 8 ft. table) - $150.00

Event #2 - Lake Arbor Jazz Festival Summer White Affair

Date: Friday, July 14, 2023

Location: MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino, 101 MGM National Avenue, Oxon Hill, MD 20745

Time: Doors Open @ 6:00pm/Lobby & VIP Reception. Concert is from 7:00-10:00pm

Number of vendors: Eight (8) MERCHANDISE VENDORS ONLY (first come, first served)

Merchandise Vendor (max 8 ft. table) - $150.00

Event #3 - Lake Arbor Jazz Festival

Date: Saturday, July 15, 2023Location: 10100 Lake Arbor Way, Mitchellville, MD 20721

Time: Gates Open @ 12:00pm. Performances start at 1:30 - 8:00pm

Number of vendors: Twelve (12) FOOD VENDORS and Ten (10) MERCHANDISE VENDORS (first come, first served)

Food Vendor (10 x 20) $450.00

Food TRUCK Vendor (10 x 30) $500.00

Merchandise Vendor (10 x 20) $400.00

To be considered a 2023 Lake Arbor Jazz Events vendor, please complete and submit the registration form. In order to purchase your vendor booth, you MUST obtain an approval access code once your participation has been approved by our vendor coordinator. Vendor approvals and purchase of booth space will begin February 15, 2023. A decision will be provided within 5-7 business days of receipt of your completed form. We will only have a limited amount of space available this year, so do not delay in submitting you registration and once approved, PAYING for your vendor ticket. Registration closes on Friday, June 30, 2023 - no exceptions.

Lake Arbor Jazz Festival reserves the right to decline vendor requests at its sole discretion.
