Get the perfect shot from the best photography location at Labor Day Lift Off! For the first time ever, ticket purchasers will have access to the elevated deck at the Memorial Park Velodrome. Sit high above the launch field during the morning or evening sessions and snap the ultimate balloon pictures during inflation, launch, or glows.
A Photo Pass ticket purchase includes the following:
- Access to the private elevated deck at the Memorial Park Velodrome during the purchased session
- Single session parking pass for Vista Lot (directly East of the Velodrome)
- Complimentary water and Pepsi product
The purchase of a ticket allows the purchaser access to the deck ONLY during the specific purchased Labor Day Lift Off session. Multiple tickets must be purchased to gain access to the deck during different sessions. The LDLO Photo Pass area will be available during the following times:
Saturday, September 2
- 6am-9am (Morning Session 1)
- 6pm-9pm (Glow Session 1)
Sunday, September 3
- 6am-9am (Morning Session 2)
- 6pm-9pm (Morning Session 2)
Monday, September 4
- 6am-9am (Morning Session 3)
*Labor Day Lift Off is a rain or shine event. In the event of adverse weather, Photo Pass guests may leave the launch site and return during the same LDLO session without the need to purchase a new ticket. No refunds will be issued if a session is shortened or canceled due to severe weather.

Colorado Springs Sports Corporation (CSSC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit established in 1979 to assist in the relocation of the U.S. Olympic Committee from New York City to Colorado Springs.
