Some of the gardens on the tour are hidden treasures tucked away in the most private places; some are fantastic show places that we pass by often and wish to be invited in.
We try to have a nice varity of gardens to keep your attension and give you creative ideas to use in your own gardens.
There will be a Garden Shop at the Robin Hill Fleur de Lune Garden to give those who attend a chance to buy special homemake garden items.
The Garden Tour not only helps to promote gardening and enviormental awareness, the money raised from the tour goes to support local charitable endeavors: A $2500 scholarship to a Moon Township student, The Moon Township Library, The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, Hollow Ok Land Trust, and other deserving organizations.

About the organizer
The Friends is a group dedicated to helping create lifelong readers and library users through strong partnerships with the Moon Township Public Library staff, Board of Trustees, and the Moon Township community. Through community involvement, fundraising, volunteerism and advocacy, the Friends work to enhance the mission of Moon Library and ensure continued quality library services for all.
