The FOR ALL Conference: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; is a cultural mainstay of Advocate Health. For the past 21 years, the FOR ALL Conference has been the largest and most prominent learning of its kind within the Southeast Region, and we're thrilled to extend the event to our Midwest Region. Delivering innovative experiences to improve our collective status on diversity, equity and inclusion is crucial to our success. Throughout the Conference, we'll emphasize an inherently rich tapestry of perspectives, as these empower us with the capacity to meet the challenges ahead. Nationally recognized experts in culturally competent care, workplace inclusion, emerging trends, research and other leading-edge diversity disciplines; will be featured. We'll explore a range of topics including equity of care practices, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, innovation, social justice, disabilities, diversity perspectives in workforce and talent management decision-making, trauma, equity; and the role of women in society. The overall goal is to elevate cultural competence in our organizations, communities and the world.

Engage with us on Twitter and Yammer during the conference using the hashtag #FORALLConf.

Conference Objectives:

  • Enhance cultural competence skills in our workplace
  • Promote inclusive leadership principles in our work environment
  • Assess the impact of inequities in our communities and their root causes
  • Examine innovative approaches to workforce diversity strategies
  • Explore best-in-class diversity, inclusion and equity practices
