Nominate a Health Equity Champion
Each year at the Summit, the Delaware Healthy Mother & Infant Consortium honors an individual or organization that works tirelessly for the well-being of mothers and children in Delaware, as well as for the health of the community, by advancing health equity. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed major disparities that have significantly magnified gaps in health equity. Now more than ever, our work is especially important, and we need your help.
Do you know an individual or organization that always goes that extra mile to ensure that access to better health is inclusive and within reach for all Delawareans, regardless of race, income, or socioeconomic status?
> Nominate them now.
Deadline to submit is March 17th.
