2023 Cranberry CUP Softball Tournament Player Registration

Once again it's that time of the year for our community to get together to play America’s favorite game and compete for the bragging rights earned upon winning the coveted Cranberry CUP trophy for their neighborhood or business. (This is especially rewarding if you can manage to do it without pulling a hamstring or needing an ice pack in the process!)

Armchair athletes arise and families come together to root for their “home team”--all while raising funds for a wonderful hometown cause. Games begin at 8AM Saturday, August 5th and culminate on Sunday, August 6th with the championship game in the evening.

Registration is open through 8PM August 4, 2023; however, each team MUST have 10 registered & eligible players (including 2 soft players) by the last rep meeting.

This year we are offering an “A” and “B” bracket in the Open Division of the Cranberry CUP Softball Tournament. The "A" bracket will be for more competitive teams while the "B" bracket will be for more recreational teams. The Cranberry CUP reserves the right to combine these A/B brackets in the event enough teams don't register in each bracket. Ideally, a minimum of 8 teams are needed in each bracket.

The softball team rep meetings will be held as follows:

• 1st Meeting: May 23, 2023 at 6:30pm; Grange Hall in the Cranberry Township Municipal Bldg
• 2nd Meeting: July 20, 2023 at 6:30pm; Grange Hall in the Cranberry Township Municipal Bldg

NOTE: PLAYERS FOR WHOM REGISTRATION FEES ARE BEING PAID BY A BULK CORPORATE CHECK, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE HARD COPY REGISTRATION FORM AT CRANBERRY CUP WEBSITE (see link below). PLEASE GIVE TO YOUR TEAM REP WHO WILL TURN IT IN WITH ALL OTHERS.
