Over 400,000 children are in foster care each year due circumstances beyond their control. These children have faced the trauma of abuse, neglect, or abandonment and continue to endure challenges participating with their peers in everyday activities and accessing educational resources. Make a difference in their lives by supporting the Children's Foundation of America. Proceeds from the annual ChariTea Fundraiser benefit scholarships, mental health programs, transitional housing, quality foster care services, and grants for children in need.

Join us for a wonderful time socializing at the historic Garner House in Claremont while supporting a great cause. The event will feature an afternoon tea including a variety of finger sandwiches, an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, pastries, a selection of teas and a mimosa toast. Guests will also get to have their photo taken, enjoy a silent auction, and take home a gift bag featuring name-brand beauty products and teas.

This year's theme is "RoyalTea," as this year's event takes place on the coronation day of King Charles III. Pro tip: purchase a table with friends or colleagues and choose a table name and color at a discounted rate! See ticket options for availability.*

* General admission seats/tables will be chosen at random. Choosing a table theme is only available to full table purchases.

Floral Arrangements by Delia Haro

Delia Haro is a local florist who has put her heart and soul into floristry for over 30 years. To her, arranging flowers is not just a career, it’s a way of life and is her ultimate purpose. Delia has a unique ability to connect with others through flowers to provide them a sense of joy, healing, and inspiration. Delia believes in giving back to the community and is sponsoring our centerpieces, which will be raffled off at the end of the fundraiser. She also supports the Cinderella Dreams Foundation, donates flowers to senior homes, and provides free prom corsages and boutonnieres for teenagers who cannot afford them.

About the organizer

The Children’s Foundation of America hosts several outreach and fundraising events throughout the year. These events benefit local nonprofit organizations such as Trinity Youth Servies, which support trauma-affected children. Through these fundraisers, we raise awareness and provide an opportunity for every person to help children heal, learn and thrive. Attend one of our events and Be the Difference to a child in need.
