2023 ASID + IIDA Philadelphia Student Career Day VOLUNTEERS

VOLUTNEER REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2023 Philadelphia Region Interior Design Student Career Day hosted by ASID PA East and IIDA PA/NJ/DE.

Career Day is a FREE event that will give a well-rounded and comprehensive professional prep experience to design students looking to gear up for internships and entry level positions.

We are seeking a variety of professionals to connect with students in various sessions at the event. Please share out this event with colleagues who may be interested in volunteering.

Dress is business casual, and we are encouraging students of all levels to participate.

Here is how you can help volunteer! You can sign up for the for portfolio and resume reviews and/or the professional development breakout sessions.

We are also seeking Event Sponsorship opportunities. You can register below.

PLEASE REGISTER. CHOOSE ONE OR BOTH SESSIONS YOU ARE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER FOR:

• 9 -11:45 AM Portfolio and Resume Review Volunteer
• 12:45 - 2:30 PM Professional Development Break Out Sessions

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Volunteer Registration ENDS on FRIDAY 3/31/23 at 5:30 PM

Student Career Day Schedule see agenda below.

Every 20 minutes we will encourage a switch of student/professional match ups. Once students are done meeting with professional for review, students will come to “home base” area and then will be matched up with another professional. We have allotted for three “switches” of student/professional match up. We also encourage you to visit the ASID and IIDA Pods to learn more about the organizations.

*If at any point either student and/or professionals need to leave prior to end of program just let person you are prepared with that you have a hard stop.
