Free yourself from the roads and engage in a richer and more enduring experience.Join us for our annual trail running technique clinic. All levels, Abilities and Personalities.Rediscover running, oxygen and gravity.
Bring: Suitable clothing and shoes for running trails. We will be practicing in groups.
Curriculum:
1. Choosing the right Trail Running gear;
2. Running tune-up drills for form and flow on the flats;
3. Climbing those hills without losing the will to live;
4. Secrets to descending without drama and paralyzing fear; and
5. Tricks to negotiating technical single-track trails like a wood elf.
