2022 Tour of Texas Qualifier Recruiting Combine

The 2022 Tour of Texas Qualifier Recruiting Combine, in partnership with the Tour of Texas, will be held on Friday, January 14th at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (900 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205) and is open to any 8TH grade and high school age player, regardless if they are participating in the Tour of Texas Qualifier or not.  

Please Note - Female Players Only!

The Tour of Texas Qualifier Recruiting Combine will have one wave from 7 to 8:30 p.m. (central time zone) and will be promoted to every NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA and Junior College Volleyball program in the greater Texas region - These schools are here to recruit!!!

The TTQ Recruiting Combine will be RECORDED - This recording and Player Information Packet will be sent to EVERY college volleyball program in TX, OK, AR, LA, NM, KS and MO!!

Please note, January is a NCAA Division I Quiet/Dead Period, so no DI schools are allowed to attend (they can't recruit until February)

The Player's name will be on a registered list, and at Combine check in, each player will be given a bib #, so college coaches can easily match player and contact information - Seniors will noted for quick identification for college coaches.  Players should wear normal volleyball practice gear (no need to wear uniforms or shirts with a number on them).  

Volleyball players will be divided by position and graduation year to allow attending college coaches to efficiently evaluate them.  5+ courts will be used at the Gonzalez Convention Center, with each court having a "court coach", to allow players to showcase their skills sets to the college coaches.

The court coaches will put the players through volleyball drills within their specific positions, along with combining positions to illustrate group skill sets.  

Parents are not allowed on the Combine courts, per the request of the college coaches - This allows the players to focus on skills and the college coaches to focus on evaluations.  There will be a Recruiting Education Session for Parents, presented by a former 15 year NCAA Division I Head Coach!
