The Shamrock Scurry, one of Tallahassee’s oldest races, is back at Killearn United Methodist Church, where it all started in 1981. This event, including a popular Pancake Breakfast afterward, has all proceeds going to local charities, youth rehabilitation and feeding programs. It has become one of the largest and most popular 5K and 1 mile races in the Tallahassee area, with around 1,000 regional runners participating. The course begins near the church on Roscommon Drive and features a scenic route of residential areas and the Killearn Country Club golf course. Most of the original course is followed, which many in the running community remember as “good but tough”, and still features the famed “Scurry Hill” around mile 2. So come join the fun and come race for a great cause!
Online Registration CLOSES March 4, 2022 at 6:00 pm.
Shirts are guaranteed to the first 400 preregistered.
ONLINE REGISTRATION - Open until Friday, March 4 at 6pm! (If you register after 2pm you must pick up your packet on Saturday.)
RACE DAY REGISTRATION - Cash/Check ONLY! Packet Pick-Up and On-site registration begins at 7AM. Shirt sizes will be limited.
