SCAN, the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County and the Ocean County YMCA are coming together to share a day of good health with Seniors!
About this event
Seniors ages 55 and older are invited to free in-person and virtual events celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day® and Older Americans Month at YMCA locations in Freehold, Old Bridge, Red Bank and Toms River, and SCAN at Monmouth Mall with activities that strengthen bodies and minds.
Free classes include Aqua Fit, Chair Yoga, Zumba, Mindfulness Workshop, Fall Prevention, and more. Activities will be held indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.
