2022 FLEET WEEK Bonanza Sail on the Derek M. Baylis

We have the best seat on the Bay to enjoy the return of the Blue Angels and other events on San Francisco Bay with your friends. Come on the 8th of October to celebrate this superb annual event with a glass of champagne in your hand. Glide along the San Francisco city waterfront on the Derek M. Baylis, and then cruise the Bay to find the best spot to watch the various events on and around the bay. Enjoy views of the Bay Bridge, the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the city skyline up close.

Tickets to this event include:

  • Spot on board the Derek M. Baylis, a 65 ft Wyliecat sailboat with a large open deck and ample interior space
  • A more personal experience with just 30 other passengers
  • Two complimentary alcoholic drinks (beer, wine and mimosas/ champagne)
  • Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and great snacks
  • The best views on the bay for a 360 degree view of the various activities

Note: All tickets are for the same event and the same service. If you buy earlier, the price is cheaper. The vessel sails out of Marina Bay, Richmond and you will be able to board at our dock in Richmond or at Pier 40 in South Beach Harbor in San Francisco.

The Derek M. Baylis is a marine research sailing vessel used for research and education along the California coast. The Baylis has been involved in projects including whale tagging in the Channel Islands, shark tagging in the Faralones, and earthquake and marine debris mapping in the Bay. Your tickets will help to support further research and education programs for non-profits that use the Baylis for their work.
