TRAVEL & LOGISTICS (ATTENDEES ONLY, NOT EXHIBITORS):
- We will begin booking travel in May
- Airline itinerary from Sharon Mech at Welcome Aboard Travel, sharonzmech@gmail.com, will be e-mailed to you for review and approval prior to ticketing
- Plan to arrive in Chicago by 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 16th, unless otherwise specified
- Specialty Networks will provide hotel accommodations for up to a 2-nights stay at the Westin O'Hare
- Any further requests related to your travel arrangements, may be forwarded to Sharon Mech
- Once travel is confirmed, any adjustments made to your air travel arrangements will be a personal expense
Prior to the meeting, you will receive a Final Confirmation email detailing your flight information, airport transportation, hotel stay and meeting agenda. Please review all details of this confirmation and contact Jaclyn Walling at jwalling@urogpo.us.com with any questions.
HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION:
All attendees must be fully vaccinated (at least 2 weeks past final vaccination) or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival. Documentation of a negative test taken within three days, 72 hours, prior to scheduled arrival at the event of a positive test result for documentation or recovery from COVID-19 from no earlier than 90 days and no later than 10 days prior to the event will be accepted. This documentation will be required upon check-in at the conference. Attendees may present an original vaccination card, a photograph, scan or digital health pass. This requirement is subject to change as we monitor the COVID landscape.
If you plan to register for this event, you acknowledge that you will undertake all measures to protect your own health and well-being and that of fellow attendees.
