Learn and practice new surgical skills in a safe environment

About this event

Develop essential skills for the junior Otolaryngology resident, including intubation and surgical airway management, bronchoscopy and epistaxis management. Integrate these skills with practical applications through complex scenarios using high-technology manikins.

With emphasis on experience and practice rather than lectures and formal didactics, learners leave with increased comfort and confidence as they embark on their early careers!

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

In order to ensure all Bootcamp participants are safe and remain healthy we have reduced our capacity and are asking the following steps to be followed:

1. All participants are asked to be fully vaccinated.

2. All participants will need to complete the ResponsiBlue Guest screening tool 24hrs prior to the event. You will be required to present your completed screening (green checkmark) to one of our team members on-site, as well as at some building entrances.

3. If a participant’s screening tool completion results in a red “X”, they are unable to attend.

4. Masks are required across the Michigan Medicine. Masks may be taken off briefly to eat or drink. When masks need to be removed to eat or drink, individuals must be distanced at least 6 feet apart.

Thank you in advance for your help to keep our shared community healthy and safe.
