Please fill out the 2020 Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Contest Entry form completely. Entry fee of $25 is required. The contestant's deposit is fully refundable upon completion of the event. Questions and photos may be directed to Jaynee Zeigler at racingxtravaganzapageant@hotmail.com. All applications must be completed by January 19, 2020 to be eligible for bonus points. Accepted forms of payment include: Check, Money order, or Credit Card. Please process credit card using Eventbrite. Check payments may be mailed to Racing Xtravaganza, 4296 York Rd, New Oxford, PA 17350. Please bring Proof of Age (Drivers License Copy or Birth Certificate Copy) with contestant to Racing Xtravaganza on day of contest. All questions can be directed to racingxtravaganzapageant@hotmail.com. CONTEST RULES (Please read carefully) 1. Contestant must be female, at least 18 years of age, but not already currently under monetary contract, or acting as a Queen for another pageant. All applications must be accompanied with proof of age (i.e. Driver’s License), and current photograph, preferably candid shot. 2. Contestants must report to the show office no later than 6:00 p.m. to prepare for the event on Friday, January 31st for the 8:00 p.m. start. 3. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza 2020 winner must be available for all show activities on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 and must be present at contest in 2021. She will also be required to attend a minimum of ten-(10) approved racing events at various speedways in 2020. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS MANDATORY, AND YOU ARE SIGNING A CONTRACT TO COMPLETE THESE TASKS IF CHOSEN AS THE WINNER. 4. In the Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Pageant there are four rounds of competition. Contestants are scored by a panel of judges from the motorsports community, contestants will be scored on personality, poise, industry knowledge, choice of swimwear (tasteful swimwear preferred, no thongs), choice of formal wear and choice of sportswear. Competition segments include phone interview, formal wear, swimwear and sportswear. Judges will determine and crown Ms. Racing Xtravaganza and award her with a $1,000 prize. First runner up and second runner up will receive a cash prize. 5. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza 2020 winner will receive a sash, tiara, jacket, and $1,000.00. Second place will receive $400.00; third place - $175.00. All custom banners or sashes produced at the expense of 2020 winner must be pre-approved. 6. Racing Xtravaganza management reserves the right to disqualify any applicant for nonconformity to the above rules. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza 2020 may also be required to relinquish title due to unbecoming behavior, or the inability to fulfill title duties as deemed by same show management. Should title be revoked, winner will be required to return winner's monies, sash and tiara. A replacement will then be sought to fulfill tenure from contestants starting with first runner-up. 7. This is a binding contract. NO EMAILED OR WRITTEN APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. AGREEMENT / RELEASE (Please read carefully) I hereby certify that I am an independent contractor, assuming all responsibility for moneys received as a result of my participation in the Racing Xtravaganza events, including without eliminating, income taxes, FICA, workmen’s compensation, and withholding taxes. I am not an employee, servant or agent of Racing Xtravaganza. In consideration of acceptance by Racing Xtravaganza of this application and payment of prizes, the undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Racing Xtravaganza as to conduct and requirements, as now published in the entry form or hereafter modified. The undersigned consents to the use of her name and/or pictures of herself for publicity, advertising, endorsements, both before and after the Racing Xtravaganza events, and relinquishes any rights to photos taken in connection with Racing Xtravaganza events, and consents to the publication or sale of such photos by Racing Xtravaganza. Any dispute, controversy or claim involving the undersigned applicant, whether or not relating to this agreement or alleged breach of the same, shall be settled in accordance with the existing and/or amended rules and regulations of Racing Xtravaganza, and the undersigned agrees to accept the decisions rendered by such process. The undersigned understands that the winner will receive 50% of the winnings at the conclusion of the show on Saturday and the remaining 50% the following year after completing her requirements and passing on the title. By completing the Eventbrite online application, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL TEMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE REQUIREMENT OF THE RULES.

The Ms. Racing Xtravaganza winner is a public figure that is recognized for one year. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza 2022 presented by Front Runners Exterior is responsible for fan promotion of the motorsports industry. Appearances may include live motorsport events, charity drives, media engagements or press announcements for racetracks and race teams. Ms. Racing Xtraganza is an ambassador to the motorsports industry and provides additional value to the mission of growing awareness to motorsports.
