Before you provide registration payment, please make sure you have completed the required APPLICATION and that you have been APPROVED. If you have any questions, please email info@chicagoscots.org

ALL approved Marketplace Vendors must submit payment by May 20, 2022. Payments by check must be sent to the address below by May 20, 2020. No payment (credit cards or checks) will be accepted at the Festival.

REMINDER: It is required for you to obtain and submit proof of insurance listing CHICAGO SCOTS/Illinois Saint Andrew Society as the additional insured on General Liability Coverage for a maximum of $1,000,000.00. Proof of this coverage MUST be emailed or mailed to the addresses below by May 20, 2022.

PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS while supporting our festival! Your donation is fully tax-deductible, no online service fees and will be acknowledged on festival website an in the festival program. The festival program is given to each festival attendee at no cost to them. During check-out you will have the option to sponsor a Medal Set to be awarded to winning dancers and dance teams of the Highland Dance competition or your can sponsor a Trophy that will be awarded to winners in the following categories: Clans, Heavy Athletics, Piping, Haggis Hurling and Haggis eating.
