About "Let's Get Social" ARTful Yoga Night

The Art & Yoga Night at El Sierra Elementary School begins with a "social skill builder" session run by a facilitator and followed by a specific art and yoga activity.

The program is designed for meeting new students, strengthening friendship skills, and enjoying something fun and interesting with others. No experience in yoga is required.

Please let us know if you have any special needs during the program by emailing us at info@navigateadolescence.org.  We will do our best to be of assistance.

Ample parking is available at El Sierra Elementary School. You may come in with your student for registration. After the program is over, we ask parents and guardians of 3rd and 4th graders to come into the building and wait to pick up your student. 5th and 6th grade students may walk out and meet you in the parking lot.
